Monica and her team use seasonal, top quality and exciting ingredients from some of the UK and Spain's best producers. They create menus specifically tailored to your requirements and budget, with a special focus on flavour and presentation. From a fun tapas dinner, a seasonal British lunch, a high end canapé reception, an informal sharing Italian banquet or a Middle Eastern feast to a colourful and generous Indian buffet, they design inspiring menus for your particular special occasion.

"We had Monica and her team cater our wedding and we are still dreaming about the food! Every dish was bursting with flavour — from the delicious canapés (we had South Indian canapés!) to the beautifully presented burrata starter.

The absolute star was the middle-eastern lamb — it was melt-in-the-mouth tender and packed with flavour. I don’t usually even like lamb and ended up going back for four servings! Every single guest commented on how amazing the food was, and it really added something special to the whole day.

Monica is a phenomenal chef, and her team — from the kitchen to the waiting staff — were equally wonderful. A huge thank you to everyone at London Basque Kitchen especially to Lynda who organised everything so smoothly.

Highly, highly recommend — they made our wedding day truly unforgettable!

S&A wanted to have an Italian feast so we designed a bespoke menu with their favourites:
-Italian charcuterie boards with the best finnochiona, prosciutto, cappocolo & rosemary focaccia
-Antipasti boards with artichokes, marinated aubergines, roasted peppers, olives, bocconcinin
-Barolo braised beef cheeks w/ mash & gremolata
-Shannon favourite aubergine parmigiana (v)
-charred tender stem broccoli w/chilli & Parmesan

And the dessert was a fun giant tiramisu serve with espresso martinis a mini magnum ice creams!

So thrilled to be back at the stunning @100barrington for Rob & Emma’s wedding last weekend!
Such a beautiful day! Emma’s talent and creativity made this wedding extra special with lots of lovely bespoke touches like all the guests names embroidered in the linen napkins or her very own wedding dress! All made by her!
We served a delicious seasonal menu of:
-Burrata, heritage tomatoes, pistachio & lovage pesto
-herb buttered roasted chicken, crispy chicken skin, tarragon salsa verde
-courgette & pea salad
- roasted new potatoes with thyme & garlic
-poached peaches & summer berries pavlovas with Pimm’s syrup
The beautiful bar under the chandelier offering Aperol spritz with edible flowers for the reception and spicy margaritas & espresso martinis for the after meal treat!

Back in London now totally recharged and a bit emotional going through some of the pics from my amazing holiday. The best food, family, friends, long days at the beach and long night over dinners, just the perfect summer. ☀️

We were thrilled when my very loved clients Cath & James asked me to recreate their honeymoon food to celebrate their 25 year anniversary. Such an amazing menu filled of their favourite Italian dishes:
Calamari & zucchini fritti
Crispy polenta, taleggio & girole mushrooms
Arancini al Nero di seppia
Tomato & mozarella mini bruschettas
Straciatella, pea & broad bean crostini
Spaguetti vongole mini bowls
Roast pork, cannellini beans, cavolo Nero & salsa verde
And mini pistachio & espresso ice creams as desserts 🍦

A few weeks back we had the pleasure to cater for a very special birthday.
@theweddingarrangers transformed the clients beautiful garden into a festival style fun setting and we delivered an amazing feast!
A big and delicious international menu full of the family’s favourite canapés & bowls.
From prawn tempura, duck bao buns and pani puris to Thai baked sea bass with aromatic rice, slow cooked lamb w/ salsa verde or orzotto to prawns, fennel & feta mini bowls.
