
Pintxos & Canapés
Our selection of pintxos and canapés are the perfect option for cocktail parties, drinks receptions or to welcome guests at a larger event. They can be created by our chefs at your venue or may be delivered to your door already prepared.
The Spanish equivalent to canapés; pintxos are small finger food served at bars and taverns throughout the Basque Country. The name comes from the Spanish verb 'pinchar', meaning to poke or stab. They used to be served on a piece of crusty bread and held together by a skewer, but we love serving them in shot glasses, mini ramekin dishes or small glass jars.
